Ny lyd
Massevis av nye lyder, totalt 993 stykker (749 i Tyros3) 44 Drum / SFX Stiller
(35 Tyros3). Blant de lydene du vil finne følgende nyheter:
• Nytt S. Kunst Konsert Grand (med sustain og keyoff prøver).
• S. Arter virkelige strenger der tastaturet serien reflekterer de ulike
strengeinstrumenter, basser i bunnen, deretter celloer, bratsj, og sist
fioliner. 70 strenger var representert ved prøvetaking.
• S.Art2 jazz fiolin og ditto keltisk fiolin.
• Ny Horn, både Super Articulation! som Live!.
• S.Art2 sopransaxofoner, PopSoprano og sopran ballade.
• S. Arter prøver av en Telecaster, finger kor, rock helten og fingering rampe.
• Ny Sweet! Vibrafon, xylofon, marimba og Glockespiel (disse har ikke blitt
fornyet siden PSR-9000).
• Ny Live! ekte trommer og RealBrushes.
• Organ Fløyter har blitt utvidet med mulighet EURO (kjent tysk orgel gjør
kit).
• Helt nye körljud i S.Art-standard, f.eks ScatVocalists, BoysChoirOoh,
LatinVocals, GospelHmm, ShooBeeDooBah, osv. En rekke "sykliske
sampling" som tillater for eksempel Shoo-Bee-Doo-Bah skiftende natur hver
bevilgning. I alt 83 eksepsjonell kvalitet körljud (mot 13 mindre imponerende i
Tyros3).
Stil
I alt 500 Styles (jf. 450 i Tyros3) hvorav 80 enheter er helt nye. Så godt som
alle andre stiler er blandet på som inkluderer nye körljud og nye gitarer.
SuperArticulation2! lyder som brukes i intro og Endings. Nye ikoner som
markerer sjangeren, en stil tilhørighet.
Helt nye Vocal Harmony - VH2
Denne nye vokal harmoni gir en markert forbedring i kvalitet og ikke bare tilby
flere stemmer (3 mot 2), men også forenklet og forbedret håndtering. I tillegg
til ulike stemmeføring er også Synth Vocoder hentet fra Motif.
Mikrofonansluting nå med både jack plugg som balanserte XLR-kontakt.
Drum Kit Edit-funksjonen
En lang anmodet funksjon som gjør det mulig å dirigere Tyros4 opprette og lagre
dine egne trommesett. Det er også mulig å blande individuelt og makt med seg
instrumenter i trommesett.
Nye funksjoner av Audio Recorder
Velg mellom enkel modus for enkelt og raskt å lage wave fil, eller flerspors
modus for å bygge et komplett arrangement. Tyros4 spiller også MP3-filer.
Music Finder
Riktig titler fra fabrikken. Flere titler tilgjengelig for nedlasting gratis
fra nettsiden eller via Music Finder. Music Finder kan arbeide med både
sangstilen filer.
Blå LED-knapper
Knappene som tidligere ble kalt for grønne lys er nå blå i stedet. Dette er
ikke bare en endring som gir et mer sofistikert utseende, løser det også
problem for folk som er rød / grønn fargeblinde.
Flash Styret for Expansion Voices
Tyros4 kan som et alternativ supplert med flash-minne i to versjoner, 512 MB
eller 1 GB. Disse erstatter de tidligere DIMM kretskort og betyr at det ikke
lenger krever noen tid å Expansion Voices, men at de er tilgjengelige umiddelbart,
så raskt som vanlig forhåndsinnstilte lyden.
Nye Høyttaler
Begrepet for dette nye systemet er TRS-MS04. Den eneste forskjellen i forhold
til design er en mørkere högtalartyg men spesifikasjoner og ytelse har økt. På
baksiden av sub-høyttaleren er også en Master Volum.

Extraordinarily expressive and realistic Voices
The Tyros4 has an expanded and enhanced set of exceptionally authentic Voices, and gives you the means to play these Voices more naturally and with greater expressiveness. In particular, the instrument has many new Super Articulation Choir Voices, with amazingly realistic and natural human voice sounds—giving you even more expressive capability.
Powerful, professional Auto Accompaniment Styles
The Styles of the Tyros4 have been vastly enhanced with the expert use of new Super Articulation and Super Articulation 2 Voices. Greater and more expressive variations in the MegaVoices have been employed as well, particularly in the Scat and Gospel Voices.
Dynamic and Versatile Vocal Harmony feature—with Synth Vocoder
The newly enhanced Vocal Harmony 2 (VH2) processing engine delivers superior sound, lightning-fast processing, and comprehensive, flexible control of the harmonies applied to your singing voice. It also has a Synth Vocoder feature, providing the dynamic, popular vocoder effect for a variety of luscious and even other-worldly sounds. Moreover, the rear-panel combo jack lets you easily connect either XLR mic cables or 1/4" phone plug.
Voice expandability
Tyros4 is an open-ended instrument that lets you continually expand the available content for your creative explorations.
Yamaha has an online service website (http://service.music.yamaha.com) featuring Premium Voices, Waves, Songs and Styles, etc. (called Premium Pack data) that can be purchased and loaded to the Tyros4. (In order to use the additional Waves and Voices you purchased, you’ll need to install the optional Flash Memory Expansion Module.)
Audio recording and playback
Tyros4 lets you record your performances as audio data, with two different methods, Simple (quick and easy recording to a single audio track) and Multi Track (overdub recording for complex songs). Since the created audio data is saved in WAV file format, you can edit your recordings on computer and share it over the Internet or burn your own original CD. The instrument also allows you to play back MP3 data.
Convenient, easy-to-use Music Finder function
With the enormous wealth of data available on the instrument (including your own Song and Audio data), the Music Finder function lets you instantly find and call up what you need. Not only can you get ideal setups (Voice, Style, etc.) for each song—searching by song title/genre—you can also easily retrieve your original Song and Audio data (registered beforehand).
Additional new panel settings for the Tyros4 can be directly downloaded from the Internet.
Enhanced features for directly connecting to the Internet
The Tyros4 can also be directly connected to the Internet with the Internet Direct Connection function, allowing you to download special content without the need for a computer. Enhancements include a convenient, easy-to-use IDC Setup Wizard, as well as new security options, with WPA2 and WPA.
AudioRecording
No need for separate recording hardware—you can record your keyboard performance as well as your own singing or the sound of other instruments directly to the Tyros4! The audio is captured to the built-in hard disk drive as digital audio data—with absolutely noise-free audio quality. With computer and audio editing software, you can also edit the sound file as needed, and then re-import it to the Tyros4. Since the created audio data is saved in WAV file format, you can easily share your performances over the Internet or burn your own original CD. The instrument also supports MP3 data, allowing you to play back files in that popular format.
